1. Digital Goods — General Rule
All products on Native Scripts are digital goods delivered immediately after payment. Once a license has been issued and the files are accessible, the purchase is generally considered final and non-refundable. This is consistent with industry practice for digital content and is enforced through our payment processor, Tebex.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you understand the product is digital and acknowledge that delivery begins immediately, waiving any standard withdrawal period to the extent permitted by law.
2. When Refunds Are Available
We will issue a refund in any of the following situations:
- Duplicate purchase: the same product was purchased twice in error within 24 hours.
- Non-delivery: the product was paid for but the license never appeared in your Cfx.re account and the issue is not resolved within 7 days of contacting support.
- Product defect: the product fails to function as described and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within a reasonable period.
- Unauthorized purchase: the purchase was made without the cardholder's consent. In this case, contact Tebex support directly to begin a chargeback investigation.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
- Change of mind after the product has been downloaded or installed.
- Incompatibility with third-party scripts, custom frameworks, or modifications we do not officially support.
- Inability to install due to lack of server admin access, missing dependencies, or unsupported server configurations clearly documented on the product page.
- Failure to meet stated requirements (RedM build version, framework, dependencies) listed on the product page.
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
- Products marked as final sale, bundle items, or free downloads.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests are evaluated by our team and processed by Tebex once approved. To request a refund:
- Open a ticket in our Discord server (link in footer) within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your Cfx.re username, the Tebex transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.
- If the request is for a defect, include reproduction steps and any relevant logs or screenshots.
We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Tebex; processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. License Revocation
When a refund is issued, the corresponding license is revoked. Continued use of a refunded product is prohibited and may result in further action.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us results in immediate license revocation across all Native Scripts products tied to your account, and may result in a permanent purchase ban. Please reach out to us first — we want to resolve issues before escalation.
